I hired Jeff to perform the inspection on my condo. As a first-time homebuyer, Jeff walked me through the inspection and gave me some good tips on how to maintain my home. He provided a detailed inspection report and even mailed me a hardcopy to my home. I plan on referring him to my family and friends!

I was amazed at how thorough the inspection was, especially since a co-worker had told me that in his experience, inspectors rarely find anything a regular person wouldn’t have found. A-Pro seemed to have found EVERYTHING. They also put emphasis on the positive attributes about the house instead of only pointing out the bad.I was very impressed with the inspection report that was mailed to me as well. It was bound as a book and, in addition to the inspection report, there was also a maintenance guide for houses as well as a maintenance checklist. It was like the house came with its own owner’s manual!
