A home inspection should do more than point out defects — it should help you understand the home you’re buying.

As a Colorado native with over 20 years of contractor and remodeling experience and more than 10 years as a professional home inspector, Tim Kreutzer brings a practical, real-world perspective to every inspection. Having spent his life in Colorado, Tim understands the unique construction styles, environmental conditions, and maintenance challenges common to Boulder-area homes.

Clients appreciate Tim’s calm, educational approach and his ability to explain findings in a clear, balanced, and easy-to-understand way. Whether inspecting a historic Boulder property, mountain home, or new construction, Tim focuses on providing honest objective insights.

At A-Pro Home Inspections, the goal is simple: deliver detailed inspections, clear communication, and practical guidance to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
